All orders are usually shipped same day or next business day after payment is received. However during peak season orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being received excluding Holiday or days closed.

Tracking Your Order
For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

We ship all orders from Guangzhou, China.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days (depending on destination and local customs)

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

All customs fees, duties, and taxes are prepaid by us, so there’s nothing extra for you to worry about when your package arrives.

 

📦 Shipping Risks & Liability

Once your order leaves our studio and is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Delayed

  • Damaged in transit

👉 Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

While we’re not responsible for issues caused by third-party shipping providers, we’re happy to help by offering after-sales support and tracking assistance.
